About

ID4AL is the intersection of career design – your purpose and what makes you feel accomplished – DEIB – diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging ISO maturity assessments as relevant to each context – and advising businesses on how to strategize and deliver on the social and governance aspects of ESG in compliance with CSRD reporting requirements.

ID4AL provides support to open and transformative innovation processes where stakeholders can contribute and benefit. By evolving from performative to transformative social and governance practices, companies of all sizes can confidently establish data collection needs, act upon this intelligence and report progressively. This transparency builds trust with workforce, investors, consumers, and other stakeholders.

ID4AL areas of expertise align closely with the objectives of ESG reporting, creating a symbiotic relationship that enhances both innovation and sustainability. By ensuring that innovation benefits all stakeholders, companies can enhance their social responsibility profiles. ESG reporting can then highlight these inclusive practices, such as initiatives to improve labour conditions or community development projects.
